Weekdays & Specials: Sunday – Friday
We offer weekdays at $450 per night with a 3-night minimum stay. This rate is good for up to 6 guests. Each additional guest after 6 is $50/night capping at $600/night and 12 guests. This rate has a cleaning fee of $150 and includes access to the hot tub.

Off-Season Weekends
Off-season weekends are anytime between October and March. These weekends are open for a 3-night minimum stay. The rate is $2,025 with a 4th-night option available for $500. This rate is good for up to 12 guests, includes a cleaning fee and access to the hot tub.

On-Season Weekends
On-season weekends are any weekend in April, May, and September. These weekends are open for a 3-night minimum stay. The rate is $2,325 with a 4th-night option available for $500. This rate is good for up to 12 guests, includes a cleaning fee and access to the hot tub.

Summer Season
During the summer months, we rent for week-long stays from Friday to Friday. The rate is $725 per night for the 7-night stay. This rate is good for up to 12 guests, includes a cleaning fee and access to the hot tub.

Add-ons
Pet’s stay for $35/per pet for your stay. All game machines take quarters. The bar cooler and laundry room use is $50 per stay.
